Enlisting the help of Jackrabbit, a now key function of the inclusive RoyPay network is a mobile point of sale system for phones and tablets, RoyPOS.
The Odyssey Project, Inc. team recognized that one of the main problems faced by their clients was having an affordable way to process payments anywhere, especially as many small to medium size businesses, restaurants, and more have pivoted to online and take out ordering, catering, and temporary outdoor pop ups. Enlisting the help of Jackrabbit, their solution is now a key function of the inclusive RoyPay network - a mobile point of sale system for phones and tablets. Now launched, current vendors across Texas and beyond are processing payments on the RoyPOS application, taking it to trade shows, farmer’s markets, firework stands, and other places to process payments on the go.
The app offers the main features you would expect of a point-of-sale system including processing cards or cash, transaction history, receipts, etc., but there are a few key features that make the RoyPay Network really stand out.
No Lock In To Hardware, Contactless Payment: There’s no need to buy in to an expensive set of hardware in order to use RoyPOS. It’s compatible with iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. The app allows customers to dip, tap, or swipe credit/debit cards in person with any of the Roy Bluetooth card readers, anywhere. It’s even able to send a payment to a customer via text-to-pay for contactless payment.
Employee Time Tracking: Employees can clock in, clock out, and record breaks. These timesheets can link to your payroll for easy payroll processing and accurate and efficient tracking.
Restaurant Features: The app allows for to-go, in-house, and pick-up restaurant orders. All are sent directly to the kitchen screen in real time making for a great ticket management system as well.
Scalability: Built in the cloud utilizing block chain technology, the RoyPOS system is instantly scalable allowing for flexibility as a business grows.
Quick Transactions: Businesses can receive funds instantly transferred in, around, or through our network at a single cost and within 30 minutes for out of network transfers at a low, flat, transparent price. Any bank account, card, or ACH accounts can be connected to digital invoices for customers to increase speed of payment as well.
Ultimately paired with a web management system where users can create custom menus and custom options for each item, build and design their own website for online ordering, input and manage inventory even in multiple locations, easily convert quotes to invoices with RoyBilling, manage employees and customize their permissions, and leverage powerful business intelligence data visualizations to drive decision-making, the RoyPOS app is a powerful tool for businesses of all sizes.
